Spring Forward

Spring refuses to stay for more than a day or two at a time, so we've had to create it ourselves.  Mostly this has been through food.

Impromptu shrimp and crawfish boil today.  We happened to stop by the Vietnamese grocer this afternoon only to find that they had live crawfish.  Usually you would eat many more than this, but I've never made them myself and I was afraid of screwing it up. Even though I used a ton of Old Bay, they still came out under-seasoned! But I'm sure we'll probably try again soon (like tomorrow). Jeff had never had them before, so it's too bad that this was his first time, but he loved it so he'll really be blown away when we do it right.
