Cappuccino
The most useful purchase from our Ikea trip last week -- $2.99 milk frother which works much better than its flimsy and slight build would lead you to believe. I'm not a coffee snob, but I do really like coffee and care about how it tastes, and it's nice to mix it up sometimes and have something other than straight black. We bought a moka pot a few months ago and it's become my new favorite method -- much quicker and easier than the French press, and yielding something more akin to espresso. With moka pot coffee + warmed milk + frothed milk, I've been making us a sort-of cappuccino every morning. I haven't quite gotten it right yet (I would prefer the coffee stronger and maybe less milk), but at least they look nice.
